Jobs can be requisitioned by line managers (With predefined absolute elements required for requisition). This follows a well defined approvals process that bring line management and HR into the process

Alternatively, jobs can simple be created and auto approved by your HR Team

Workforce Management Scheduling

This is, by far, the most time saving option on DigiStaff. We will automatically schedule your Assignees / Employees, based on your selections when you marked them as employed

And just in case this does not work for you, we allow for manual roster management / scheduling on either a Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly environment (Our system is so configurable, you can do this for any time period. Your choice)

• Automated Scheduling
  • Employees / Assignees work on a standard shift (or shift pattern)
  • Employees / Assignees regularly move between shifts or shift patterns, to highly configurable rule sets
• Manual Scheduling
  • Employees / Assignees can be manually scheduled
  • Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly. This is highly flexible, so any number of days (even different for each employee) will work
  • We understand who should be scheduled and is not scheduled, so can exception report, in a live environment
